Arundel Cooling and Heating just completed installation of a new Aquatherm unit, water heater and Lennox Air Conditioner at my home in Anne Arundel County. Our experience began with competitive proposals offered by Tucker from their company. After receiving the best bid for the project, installation began on the date and time promised. Technicians Bryan E., Rob Sr. and Rob Jr. worked all day in extremely tight quarters to complete the job as promised. We've used Arundel Service Experts 3 times in the last year or so. My house is an older build and we needed the thermostat replaced with they did it quickly and its been great. We recently needed some rewiring done Tommy came in and was incredibly professional and a quick worker. He took time at the end of service to explain what he'd done and walk me through any issues that may occur in the future based on the woring of the house.

I feel Arundel C & H has been a fantastic local company to handle our HVAC need for many years. On this occasion, Robert Muir Sr and the crew replaced our heat pump beginning at 8 am at 5 F having to remove frozen snow to install the air handler. They did a solid job and were very professional throughout. I am skeptical, however, that the lease/service contract with Service Experts Advantage Program is a good value. We will see.

I called today and spoke to Melissa and expressed a concern about my heat pump because of the frigid temperatures over the last 10 days. She was helpful, courteous and was able to send a technician within 4 hours. Austin, my technician, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all my questions and explained in a way that I understood.
