We recently hired Superior SoftWash company in Maryland, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Setting up an appointment for an estimate and coordinating the work was very organized and straightforward. The service team arrived on time and were very professional, clearly explained the process, and completed the work in a timely manner. The results were impressive! They cleaned our roof, siding, and both the front and back slate pavers — and even took the time to wash our patio furniture. Everything looks fresh and renewed. We’re very happy with the results and would highly recommend their services.

For the price - i DO NOT RECOMMEND. I made arrangements to get the 2yr guarantee against mold & mildew etc. Before the team came out I had the most beautiful garden on my block. The house was pressure washed to perfection but my front garden immediately began to die. The chemicals turned a large portion of my daisies and lillies and h8sta - brown and yellow with leaves falling off and blooms curled up, yellow and died. Afterward they came out to treat the areas but the damage could not be undone. The house looks like new but the garden i worked so hard on for months is now unsightly. For a price OVER $1000 - the house looks like new but I didn't expect so much damage to my garden. From the initial contact to finished job, Superior was truly first class. Our house has large stained decks and extensive landscaping that they took very special care not to damage.
