We had the following issues that caused our basement to leak this past summer: clogged window well drain, missing drain in another window well, a window well that wasn’t high enough, downspouts and sump pump discharge pipe dumping water too close to the window wells and house, and an areaway drain that easily clogged. I hired Budget Waterproofing Inc. to complete the concrete for drainage I installed around the perimeter of my basement. The team (of 3) worked their butts off to add extra stone, mix (by hand) the concrete and pour/install bucket by bucket. I installed drain board on the walls and the team took care to get the concrete installed with that involved. Team was engaging throughout and took time to review work when complete. Care was taken around sensitive equipment (ex: furnace and oil piping). We loved that they were local and family run! Pricing was competitive and scheduling was easy. From the initial inspection and estimate to the finished work, I found everyone at Budget Basement Waterproofing professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Jose and his crew did an excellent job on my basement, and the price was right!

Robert was so easy to work with and professional. The pricing was reasonable for the scope of work that had to be done. I did get multiple quotes, and those others were 4 times the price. Don't waste your time with other basement waterproofing companies and if getting quotes make sure to call them. It's also very nice they are a local company, I called a few that you could tell were nationwide chains.
