WOW. So professional, timely, and affordable. Talina set me up with an appointment and made sure I checked any other places that may be leaking. She was so kind and patient on the phone while I braved my attic. Had a feeling my leaking floor was due to condensation. Turns out my pan had 4-5 inches of water in it and my filter and coils were disgusting. You can tell which pictures those are. Barry was the wonderful technician who came in. He was SO knowledgeable and clearly knew his profession from all sides. He was honest and patient with all the questions I had. Pricing was transparent and everything got fixed. You can see the shiny clean after pictures. I will definitely be using Powell & Turner for any and all of my future HVAC needs. Truly the hero of the day!

Powell and Turner installed a new HVAC in my home. The entire process went smoothly from the initial call. After the initial inspection Wayne provided a competitive, thorough estimate in a timely manner. A deposit was made to secure the equipment for the job and an install date was scheduled. The crew showed up, explained the process and immediately went to work. Drop cloths were placed on the carpet and the work spaces were kept neat and orderly. Powell & Turner replaced our old HVAC system around eight years ago and the installation was so smooth. We've used them ever since for biannual maintenance service to keep the system running smoothy. About a year ago, we also had them install a mini split AC unit in our primary bedroom to supplement the whole house unit. The install was completed in a single day, very cleanly, and it runs perfectly. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a reliable and professional team.

WONDERFUL Service from Powell & Turner! I needed an air filter moved to the return vent and and short notice they were out to do the job on Monday after I called on Friday. I really appreciated the fast response and Wayne and Barry were great to work with. I highly recommend them and they are my new HVAC go-to. They also cleaned up and I was unable to tell that they had even been there--aside from the new filter location! They also assessed my HVAC system to ensure the thermostat was working and recommended a cleaning. They came out and cleaned the coils and drain and did an excellent job. Super nice people and very professional.
