My 21 yr old water heater was leaking. Dan responded quickly, assessed the situation and gave me a quote over text, and was able to come out first thing Monday morning. He and his son worked quickly and efficiently, and were respectful of my home. Dan kept me in the loop with regular updates, explaining what he had to do and why, asking for input and communicating options. I appreciate a straight shooter - no playing games with pricing. Overall, I would recommend Dan for any plumbing issue, and I will not hesitate to call him again if and when the need arises.

Dan literally defines the meaning of integrity!! A phenomenal communicator he replaced our water heater quickly, efficiently and got it done at a remarkable price!! He worked with me and was able to deal with the unexpected quirks dealing with my situation! He got it done for $4000 less than Len the Conman quoted me!! He never tried to haggle with me over the price!! No stress and a man of his word he gave a quote and stuck to it all the way thru! He and his son are remarkable human beings! And there’s absolutely no doubt who I’m calling for our next emergency service needs!!

Dan was prompt and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. My cast iron toilet flange was cracked. Dan installed a Danco repair flange, replaced the wax seal and reinstalled the toilet. The bill came out to $625 for 1.75 hrs of work, which included an extra $275 to chip away some tile to make room for the repair flange. I understand I am also paying for Dan’s knowledge, so you can decide if his price is fair. Ultimately, I felt taken advantage of and overcharged, especially with the extra $275 for chipping away tile. Although Dan was prompt and resolved the problem, the work performed did not justify the price. Therefore, I would not reconsider TNT Plumbing for future service and will look elsewhere.

Danny & his helper were great. I was notified when they were on the way and once they arrived they checked and addressed all the plumbing issues I had and fixed the issues. Great customer service and very knowledgeable.
