Fresh air concepts came out for our fall HVAC tuneup and were finally able to diagnose and fix an issue with our heater that no other company has been able to solve for the last four years (and I got 20% off the price!!). John and Trell were absolutely fantastic - professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense to me and even showed me a few things I can do on my own to better maintain the system. Their patience was so appreciated… Especially with my two pups who insisted on supervising the entire visit. Jon S. is very professional and polite. He can also maintain my first two floors’ old Goldman HAVC system. He showed me how to schedule the AC and heater during the day and night at different temperature range for different zones. The infinity user manual doesn’t have clear instructions to me. Jon finished two systems 3 thermometers maintenance in 90 minutes and cleaned up the working areas. We are very satisfied. Thanks Jon and his assistant.
