Had one of my torsion springs break on my garage door. Called B&B to explain what the issue was. They were very courteous and immediately scheduled the repair. The tech from B&B Jim was amazing. He came in replaced both torsion spring lubed the door and cleaned up after himself. Great experience.

AJ replaced our cables and springs and also took the time to let us know some things to look out for in the future. We truly appreciated that this company was honest and did not push us into replacing things that are still functioning even if they are on the older side. (We learned an expensive lesson when we had paid a service fee for another company to come out and quote us a repair cost that was nearly four times what we ended up paying here.) B&B is definitely where we will turn to when we need to replace the opener or door!
