BELFOR Property Restoration

Workmanship and customer service is far from professional. Year after year, my "restoration" gets worse. They use cheap materials and unqualified laborers. I would not recommend their work. It is not completed well and the company has poor follow-through. The quality of their work, in my opinion, leaves customers in a more dangerous situation than they started with. They should not be in the business of restoring. It makes an already difficult and life-altering situation more painful. Photos of their "quality" restoration can be seen here.

My house burned down. I came back frantically looking for my family, and a representative of BELFOR came up to me asking if I wanted his card, locking me in conversation with no exit. He asked a person WEARING A SCHOOL BACKPACK who CRIED infront of him, obviously LOST, to take his business card! No ethics, no morals, so so SO unprofessional. Even so the firefighters directed me away to someone who actually had some type of professionalism.

Worst restoration company in Maryland ....I’m still shocked how nice Dallas and Mark were when they arrived and felt so bad for how their boss Levi treated them and talked to them I told Dallas to complain to bbb because that’s discrimination & I truly believe they could have a lawsuit on their hands.
