The landscape crew, led by John, worked hard in removing our old lawn, regrading, spreading topsoil and hydroseeding. Someone from Birch Hill came to give an estimate for design and install and lighting, I expected somewhere between $5-10k of work. The person came, and remained expressionless as I showed him some ideas I had, we walked the property and then he said that I should hire someone else to do the design and tell him where the plants will go and he could put the plants in himself. No design, no lighting and no follow up to the meeting. What a disappointment this place was.

Birch Hill did an amazing job constructing our new, bilevel patio and fire pit. They're communicative and easy to work with. The crew's attention to detail was outstanding! Highly recommend.
