This is the absolute worst lawn care company I’ve ever had to endure through my HOA. Just look at the pictures of the work they do. Do NOT use this company

I did not hire Brightview. They were the company that was hired by my neighbor behind me on Muirland. During their clean up, they blew lawn debris all over my yard -- I have a video of the resulting mess after they "cleaned it up." There was dust and debris in the air. A crew of about 5 with large leaf blowers was sent to clean a small residential yard (my service has two employees). When I went outside and complained, the manager suggested I could get a higher fence if I didn't want the debris in my yard (seriously??), then explained that the debris was actually good for my plants and yard, followed by other excuses. This is ust sad. I would never hire this company and have suggested to my neighbor that they get someone else. I had to post 1 star to get this on the site.

They will cut all your flowers down week after week and NOT even care. They like to blow debris at your vehicles also, my car is so dirty when they leave it's ridiculous you shouldn't even be near my SUV! Have asked them to stop cutting my stuff down and yet again today boom GONE! 🤬

I live in a townhome community. For the past 2 years I've asked your employees to stop blowing the grass cuttings on my porch or in my my garden. Apparently, my requests fell on deaf ears. I have planters with tomato plants but all you can see growing are weeds and grass. This is not acceptable. Im tired of asking politely...that obviously doesn't work. Please do better. UPDATE: Here we are again. First week of June and service is only getting worse! Just opened my front door and the vacuum created by opening the door sucked cuttings inti my home again. I have pleaded with these employees for years to PLEASE DO NOT BLOW THE GRASS CUTTINGS ON MY PORCH OR GARDEN. When I owned my home, I asked the first time and no problem ever. Since I live in townhouse community, they don't give a damn.

Terrible quality of work and always showed up late and in very early am on weekends. Would not recommend this business.
