Very happy with the level of service we received from First Contact. Very quick to respond, their end of the service was complete within 2 days. We will be keeping their contact info handy if we ever need to use them again. It seems rare these days but the details provided in the quote was very much appreciated. I wish more companies would do this. I knew exactly what I was paying for and not just an arbitrary number. Lastly, each individual we spoke to and dealt with was personable and knowledgeable. They didn't try to upsell and were upfront with their assessments.

My wife and I had a question, we found two black streaks on one of the garage dry walls. We called First Contact Restoration and asked, "What do we need to do to remove the black streaks on the drywall?" We were told they should come out and check it out. They came out, did a thorough check of the garage walls, and we were told we had black mold growing, and the drywall was "WET" about 1/4 of the way up. We knew that if we were going to sell, we needed to address this problem. So, we did. They came, removed the problem drywall, prepped they areas to be repaired. The finish workers came, got to work and in a few days the basement and garage looked like NEW. No problems. I HIGHLY recommend First Contact Restoration for any repair work, related to any type of damage, (water, fire).
