I was a valued and loyal customer of Lush Lawn for over 5 years, which makes this situation even more disappointing. Over time, the quality of service declined and did not reflect the level of care I had come to expect. Despite bringing concerns to their attention, the issues were not resolved in a way that felt fair or customer-focused. The most troubling part of my experience was the billing process. I was charged for services that, in my opinion, did not match the results provided. Instead of working toward a reasonable solution after years of doing business together, the company chose to take the matter to small claims court. I love the ease of Lush lawn. I get texts that make it easy to remember when my treatments will happen. The entire commitment can be managed through t texts, which I appreciate. Today Brandon showed up and serviced my lawn beautifully without any interaction. I love the way my lawn looks, the way they communicate what I might need and trouble spots in my lawn and give me the option to fix or watch until next season. Highly recommend!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Aaron Samson, the Owner of Lush Lawn, is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. He takes issues very personally and is very reactive, when brought to the issue, he reacts with extreme emotion and disrespect. He treats his employees with disrespect and harm. These people are relentless telemarketers. They keep pestering me with their ridiculous text, cluttering up my email. Deal with them, you may be sorry, because they may pester you and waste your time. I avoid businesses like this because they try to bogart you into doing business with them, instead of relying on their own expertise. I can understand 1 text, but they have sent several, over and over, to the point of me finding them online and writing this review. These people are predatory, and I really don't remember ever, yet I get these emails, continuously. Disgusting.
