I called Rapid Roofing with some questions about my roof, and they were awesome from start to finish. Called them because they were recommended by people i know who are landlords. I have a 14sq low pitch basic two side roof 1 story. Quoted 8gs and looked at quote he quoted for 12sq meaning upon accepting price would have gone up..... Ive worked as a loborer doing roofs and my roof would be a 1 day job for two giys 7-10 hrs each.... Meaning just on labor they were gonna charge me 5gs.... For 14-20 labor hours. Thats about $400 an hour per man per hour. Beware if you have a simple roof. These companies are known to tack on an extra couple grand for small jobs. Look up your type of home. Look up materials needed, ect. I already got a quote from a licensed insured small business for 4,900 and i get large known companies are more but thats RIDICULOUS.

I chose Rapid Roofing for my window replacement project. Could not be happier with the outcome. I shopped several contractors and felt that the Rapid rep took the time to fully explain what the process would entail. Not only do the windows look fabulous so did the price!!!
