I recently visited Lowe's, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience! The store had an excellent variety of products, from home improvement essentials to gardening supplies and decor. The aisles were well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff was incredibly helpful, offering expert advice and friendly service. Whether you're tackling a DIY project or upgrading your home, Lowe's is definitely a go-to destination. I'll definitely be returning for all my future home improvement needs!

This was my first time purchasing an appliance from Lowe’s, and it definitely won’t be my last! Matthew and Scott absolutely went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct — they worked so hard to get everything just right. Thank you Lowe's for being dog friendly in this harsh winter!! I've always had excellent service, met wonderful people working there, but to have a place to walk and get out of our tiny house made all the difference in the world today. Definitely have my loyalty!!

1. Washer wasn't available to pick in the time I was quoted. Finally got it home. 2. Stopped working within the first 30 days. Lowe's won't replace it within the 30 day window if it's been out of the box more than 48 hours. 3. So basically you have a 48 hour warranty on your appliances. Keep that in mind when purchasing.

I wish I can give zero stars. Never again. Worst customer service, staff and management at Canton Michigan location. We spent over 75k at Lowe’s. The sales person told us we have 12 months no interest on one of our larger purchases - we were happy. Our Hardwood (20k+) took almost 8 weeks for us to get it (when we were told it would take one week). We asked for clicked engineered and we received nailed down which cost us double labor and time. When we called to try to extend the 12 months, we were shocked when they told us we never had 12 months - only 60 day same as cash! So we got screwed and we had to pay $60,000 literally in one month to avoid 25% interest fee. On top of all that they left us over 15 pallets and we keep calling them to come pick it up and they never do - even though t
