We’ve had Brotherton complete four major projects in our home and couldn’t be more pleased with the results! They finished an addition, our basement, a completely new kitchen and refaced the entire exterior to our standards and preferences. They have great communication and meticulously treat your home with respect.

We've now done two renovation projects with Brotherton Construction and have been thrilled with the experience and the results. Thanks to a detailed design phase, realistic estimates, and excellent communication throughout the process, the unexpected discoveries that inevitably arise when you start taking apart a 75-year-old house didn't wind up breaking our budget. They came up with great ideas we wouldn't have thought of ourselves, but which fit perfectly with what we had in mind, and everything was executed with skill and care. We could not recommend Brotherton more enthusiastically.

We had Brotherton install a beam (16 feet long), and I'll start with how it ended, with the company owner (Crispin Brotherton) mopping the hardwood floor in my living room to make it spotless (and definitely cleaner than it was when they got here). It's that kind of company. They were an incredibly professional team that worked efficiently and were attentive to small and large details. Great communication and transparency. Couldn't praise them enough. Would recommend to anyone.
