We had carpet installed last week. The installers were professional, took time to answer our questions and completed the job in the time frame that was promised. Excellent customer service!
They were supposed to show up Friday. Called and said they would be delayed. I called back again after 2 hours. Said they would check the ETA for install. Never called back. Left a message and they never responded. Bad way to do business.
Very friendly and they helped my Mom find the perfect carpeting. I definitely recommend them.
