We had an excellent experience with Campbell Cooling & Heating and I can’t recommend them highly enough. We were dealing with a boiler issue that had already been worked on by another company, with multiple parts replaced and no resolution. When Campbell came out, the difference was immediate. Mike was our technician, and he was outstanding. He spent close to five hours on-site methodically troubleshooting the system, tracing the issue step by step instead of guessing or pushing unnecessary replacements. What really stood out was the level of communication. Mike clearly explained what he was seeing in real time, what he was ruling out, and why certain components did or did not make sense to replace. Jamie & Brian came out in a blizzard early this morning to help us when our boiler pilot light went out overnight, wouldn't re-light + the temp in our house was dropping fast. We had a hunch that the thermocouple needed to be replaced. Jamie & Brian came out, replaced the thermocouple, re-lit the pilot light and helped us so quickly+easily. My heat decided 6pm on Super Bowl Sunday in sub arctic temperatures would be the best time to stop working. Called at 6:05, had a tech call me back by 6:20, they were at my house by 6:35 and heat back on by 7:00. Incredibly appreciative of the kind and timely service at a time that they could have just told me - you are out of luck tonight. Thank you so much!

If I could give less than one star I would. Actually it is hard to even rate them seeing we have been waiting OVER A WEEK to get them to come out to check on my husband's office building. And when we call, they keep saying "we will be out today or tomorrow". I would respect a company so much more if out of the gate they just told us they were too busy for our service needs so we could get a jump start on someone else. Poor communication and not at all professional in my opinion. Hoping the next company we work with has more to offer and true to their word of when they will be able to come out to check on the issue.

I was truly impressed with the excellent job that Campbell cooling did installing our air conditioner. When I first set up an appointment they were the first company to come by, and had the most reasonable quote of two others that I considered, including Home Depot. In addition, the plan they came up with seemed to be the best for our home which was important since we live in an old colonial. Once they began the job, they had it done within two days and it works excellently. In addition; we had no adverse effects caused by the fact that we have an old colonial. Campbell’s highly professional attitude and clearly solid experience is greatly appreciated.
