I am very shocked to see these bad reviews. Carolyn's Pools did great work and we got our dream pool! Construction started July of 2023 and was finished by September 2023! Any questions or concerns I had/still have... Carolyn is there to help! She is by far the sweetest most helpful person! John, Ariel, Richie, and the other works definitely know what they are doing! Not only were the prices very good, but they have many years of experience and a small town company. One of the main reasons why I went with Carolyn Pools is because they are like a family. They have become apart of our family and we are very grateful for all they have done!

Carolyn, Richie and John are great to my family and I, they’re always there to answer any questions even though they installed our pool a few years ago. This is a great pool company with very knowledgeable people!! Don’t hesitate to use them! Highly recommended.

We get amazing customer service from Carolyn + team every time we call! We moved into our house that had a beautiful pool Carolyn's built a few years prior to us moving in. They immediately remembered which pool was ours when we contacted them for the first time, and it was clear they took great pride in their work. Even though we have never met in person, each time we call to schedule opening/closing or service, they treat us like they have known us for years! They remember us, ask about our family, treat us so well for always calling early to schedule, and provide great recommendations for other vendors if needed. It's nice to have such great and personal customer service these days!

I never write reviews, but this company deserves one. As a retired owner of a Golf Course Irrigation construction company, I know the difficulty of hiring, training and retaining employees who are dedicated to their work and the final product. Nancy from Carolyn Pools employees a devoted staff of professionals who take pride in their work and the final product. We had our inground pool liner replaced this past year. The walls were constructed of fiberglass, so they were in great shape. The vermiculite bottom had to be totally replaced. The logical, timely and professional manner in which this floor was re-done was like a pastry chef decorating a cake. WOW! The liner went in like a glove fits a hand, without one wrinkle. I might add that we have a safety ledge along the bottom which

My daughter and son-in-law hired Carolyn Pools over a year and a half ago. The pool was dug last summer (2021) and was not finished until this May, 2022. However, it is still not finished. The owner of the Company has not returned phone calls, emails or texts.....for literally 6 weeks now. If you want to talk to Carolyn, you have to drive to her office. She will offer you a "hug" to calm you down, and she will promise to get there "after she talks to John". My SIN has taken numerous days off from work after being promised they were coming ~ only to have no one show up. Carolyn's Pools have literally left my daughter and SIN high and dry. It has been impossible to reach them throughout this entire process Horrible communication ~ or lack thereof!!!! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT HI
