It is been a month since they showed up for the first time to get info about the equipment that need to be replaced, since then still the issue not fixed they came three times already without any replacing the unit at all, we couldn’t use the area during Christmas time were we have our Christmas tree. Unfortunately not a good services at all, technicians seem to be not as pro that the service required. Don’t let your house insurance send them to provide services to your property.
