Jim and his team stepped in to my renovation project after the initial remediation company failed to correctly assess the problem. They provided asbestos abatement and it went very well, even as I was 300 miles away at the time. Jim explained all the details and the crew performed extremely well, where parking, staging, insurance approvals, and demanding neighbors made for a challenging job. I would certainly recommend Eagle without hesitation!

PSA: If anyone is looking to hire a contractor for home repairs or restoration, I urge you to STAY AWAY from Eagle Environmental Solutions, the owner (Jim Atkinson) has been MIA for months now and I am dealing with a lack of repairs from water damage back from February of 2021. The full story between now and then is a bit on the long side but to keep it short as possible...They pressed me for the insurance money needed to secure the flooring deposit and after much back and forth with the insurance company I was able to them last August. However, they NEVER rendered payment to the flooring company and I am still left with an unfinished home for me and my children. Not to say my home is unlivable, because it is. More than a year ago Eagle Restoration took an insurance payment from me of more than 25,000.00 dollars for a roof replacement. To date 6-27-18 I cannot get any response from the owner Jim Atkinson. I have tried repeatedly to get some action but to no avail. My insurance company Liberty Mutual is constantly asking now about the status of claim. Not a reputable company at all. You’ve been warned.

I was very Impressed on how knowledgeable my technician was as he walked through my loss and explained what was going to be done before starting any work. After he was finished he explained the process for the next few days. I’m very happy with Eagle and how they made a stressful situation very easy to get through.

The kind folks at Eagle are courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. It's obvious that customer satisfaction is important to their team. They treat their customers with courtesy and compassion. Unlike the big corporations that can simply treat you like a number.
