I updated several kitchen appliances in a Condo we are preparing to sell. My experience was excellent! From easily picking replacements on-line, through the installation of the new appliances & removal of the old ones, the service was great. Our Condo has very rigid processes for these occurrences, and the installation team was on-time, worked within the guidelines, and very professional the whole time. The crew was professional and congenial, listening to & understanding our needs. They kept us appraised of their progress, and completed installing and testing everything (stove top, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator w/ external ice & water supply) ahead of schedule. They also cleaned up the area nicely. Great job, Thank You!

I must say that Ms Laura, Mr Matt and Mr Fred from Efficient Home were amazing. I was very impressed with the attentiveness, helpfulness and overall kindness that I received. I am so grateful & thankful for the assistance received for my family. I honestly don't know how I could have gotten anything done all on my own. Efficient Home came in and wanted to help me. I couldn't have imagined!!! I ABSOLUTELY am so grateful for the assistance I've been given. This experience has made me feel even more blessed. Even the contractors they sent were efficient! God sees the difference you all make in our lives. You have lightened a very heavy load. I was blessed with brand new lights, shower heads, heating system & a refrigerator. They were very accommodating of my family's concerns and provided extremely clear communication as they installed several efficiency upgrades on my house. We turned off the heat afterwards and the temperature of the house dropped 5 degrees over approximately 10 hours, even as the outside got colder with the sun going down.

The techs were polite, respectful to my home and courteous. They arrived on time and completed most of the work on the same day. Techs had to come back to check the roof but all installation was completed in record time. Thank you for finishing the attic.

We had an amazing experience with Efficient Home. The admin staff was always responsive and did a great job at managing expectations. Our energy assessment was thorough. The work that needed to be done was scheduled quickly and managed well. The workers were polite, protected our carpet and hardwood, and left things neat. When minor cosmetic damage occurred (which was understandable because of the equipment they brought in) they were very responsive and quickly sent someone out to fix it. We had a great experience from start to finish and it is our pleasure to recommend Efficient Home.
