Express Kitchens: Newington

I visited this showroom about a month ago and spent several hours working with the team to design a kitchen and bar. While I was there, the customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, once I left, communication completely dropped off. It’s now been a month and I still have not received the quote I need, despite multiple emails and texts with no response or updates. I even visited other showrooms to get my quote but still nothing. This is disappointing, especially because I was fully prepared to move forward with the purchase. While this may only be a $30,000 project to them, it’s a significant investment to me, and I expected better communication and follow-through.

Was very impressed on the installation of our new kitchen island countertop from express kitchens. Our granite cracked years ago and when we went looking we found express kitchens. Bob was very helpful and helped us in finding the new material for this project From time of commitment to installation was maybe 3 weeks and the team that came in did a great job. Solid work at reasonable prices. Would recommend express kitchens

I had amazing service from Robert G from the Newington, CT location. He was willing to come out to my location on his day off to measure my home as I was concerned about some incidentals such as uneven walls etc. We worked closely together with delivery and installation dates and changes etc. to ensure a smooth and the least interrupting experience for our daily lives. The cabinet installer was top notch. The quartz countertops fit perfectly! We had a hiccup with the plumber, but otherwise we were VERY HAPPY! I would recommend Rob and his team. Communication was the name of the game here and Rob was great at it!!

Everything was super easy. I met with Ullie to let her know what i was interested in and she took it from there. She gave me a quote that was under budget and met all my needs. She was open to changes that I suggested and we bonded from there. The cabinets came in early and my installer, Serigy, was great. He was very respectful of my home and very efficient. I couldn't be happier.

I had a wonderful experience with Express Kitchen. I have been in my condo for over 20 years, and finally decided it was time to make a change. From the get-go the in-store EK salesman was extremely helpful. I did not feel pressured to buy (which is probably one of the reasons that I actually did). Next came a whole series of inspectors, project managers, cabinet and counter installers, and plumbers. Each was experienced and very easy to work with. I asked many questions, they always had the answers. There was good communication through phone calls, text messages, and emails. I was so impressed by the beautiful hardwood cabinets and the quality of the quartz. The whole process was efficiently executed.
