I was in need of snow removal after a recent snow/ice event. I found Flawless on Next Door and reached out. They responded immediately saying they could be would be happy to help. I received updates periodically from Andrea as to when they would be out, And a final text indicating they would be here within the hour. Andrea’s husband and their son showed up and were the nicest guys, Wanted me to show him what I needed it done, we’re very personable, very professional, and went above and beyond to help me get this ice removed from walkways and steps, and even went further on their own and dug out a path to my driveway. Big JC & Little JC did a great job at removing the ice and snow on my driveway which was completely blocking my car. In addition, they cleared my walkway and salted it and removed the ice from my car. They were extremely kind, professional, and helpful, and it was easy to schedule an appointment with them.
