My husband and I had Glen Allen's Hardscape division build our patio, including a kitchen area and step-down firepit with seating wall. Their landscape division finished up the project doing some landscaping and laying sod at our new home. They were very professional, showed up when they said they would and used high quality products. Kevin did an exceptional job on the hardscaping. I recommend them highly.

GAGM is the latest in a long list of companies that I have hired to maintain my property. They are the best so far and do a better job than all the others. They are the only ones that trim my shrubs properly when needed without me nagging. That being said, as time goes on, they seem to be falling into the same pattern repeated by all their predecessors: cut the grass, blow the debris into the neighbors yard, and vanish. Any extra work you ask them to do never happens. The excuse is that they have a big commercial job that apparently takes priority over all their residential customers. Still waiting for an estimate on the job three weeks later. Bottom line is I am paying them nearly twice the monthly rate that others have charged, but have to hire another landscaper to get the work done. A

I had used GA for years and always had a great result and communication. Sadly this year was not the case. The job was delayed 4 weeks, they didn't finish mulching a bed but had the audacity to claim the job was done. They did returned to "fix" the job and failed to fully do so and I gave up and bought a couple bags of mulch and just finished it myself because I just wanted this horrible experience over with. Additionally they backed their trailer over my grass leaving a huge rut. I don't know what changed but I'm not risking another experience like this. Will not be using them again.
