I have had Steve come out for a project each of the last three years . Each year I got a quality job at a fair price , and he showed up when he said he would . He’s removed trees and bushes , demolished a 32 x 16 foot in ground pool , hauled out concrete and replaced the existing sidewalks and patio . All his work including the concrete is a 10 . I judge his work based on my father’s life long job in road construction and grading. He’s easy to work with and doesn’t cut corners and cleans up when he’s done. PS . The concrete is picture framed for my grandsons artwork. I got 1 project left , hopefully for this year , he will be the only bidder. Thanks so much , Tony D

I will literally tell anyone and everyone how incredible Steve and Grunewald’s Grading is! Not only did he exceed my expectations tenfold with the driveway, grading and seeding/matting but he was probably the nicest guy I’ve ever met. He even made friends with the neighbors! He paid such close attention to detail, helped us envision an end result even though we handed him a farmstead with severe overgrowth, no sign of the previous driveway and ruts/holes that we think are from a badger and the end result was beyond what my imagination could put together. I just had Steve come out to our property to address the issue of water that was seeping into our basement on two different sides. I was worried and stressed about the water issue because we are just in the process of finishing our basement and it has been costly and we need to protect that investment and cannot have all the work ruined by water getting into our basement.
