I can't say enough good things about Haisma Heating. First, the person who answered the phone- so friendly and helpful. She took my information and made things happen, quickly. I was grateful for that. I ended up calling because our furnace stopped working. It was, as always, in the middle of winter and the days weren't getting any warmer any time soon. John B. was the first to come out to take a look. He put socks over his shoes to keep my floors clean, which I appreciated. He went to the furnace and did his magic. He got our furnace up and running in no time. Between me calling because I had no heat, and me getting heat was less than a few hours. Called them when my furnace stopped working on a freezing day. Mark from the service team quickly diagnosed and fixed the overheating issue on my 17-year-old furnace. He even cleaned the flame sensor proactively, even though it was in a tight spot. I really appreciated that he wasn’t pushy with sales and focused on getting the job done right. Professional, honest, and reliable — highly recommend!

I've been using Haisma for A/C and furnace repairs, as well as annual maintenance, since 2017. Every experience has been great. Their pricing is fair, scheduling is convenient, and the technicians are always courteous and respectful. They never upsell or pressure for additional services - just honest, reliable work. This year, Carter was our technician and he was wonderful. He arrived on time, took the time to thoroughly check our furnace, and made sure everything was running smoothly. Highly recommend!

My previous review is below, updating March of 2026 because I had to call them again for a completely different problem with my boiler system. Haisma Heating and Cooling is absolutely AMAZING! Katie in the office called me before my appointment time to let me know that the technicians were ahead of schedule and asked if they could come earlier. Of course I said yes! Lol They arrived shortly after that and got the problem fixed very quickly! Alex and Mark are excellent technicians that really know their stuff! They were polite, friendly, and professional. Very much appreciated Haisma responding as quickly as they did on a very very cold weekend. Repair person John was great explaining what repair he did at what I thought was a very reasonable price. Haisma will be my go to HVAC for future repairs and replacement needs. David P
