High-Q Appliance Repair

I called and Abel was here within the hour. He diagnosed my dryer and had it fixed within the next hour. He had the parts we needed in his van. Very nice and respectful. I will definitely call again if I need a repair for an appliance.

I loved that this company advertised on FB Marketplace! I was looking at other dryers, but I really wanted my dryer fixed. You kinda dont know where to look to find appliance workers. This made it quick and convenient. I cant believe he fixed it all in one day! He even fixed the bs job Sears did on my dryer the last time and took the time to explain to troubleshoot the dryer and explain to me what was wrong and the gameplan on how to fix it. He showed me what parts he needed and how much they costs. And his company already had the parts ready to go! They answered fast, finished same day, and we're easy to understand. Also, they have a senior discount which made my Mom really happy! Would definitely recommend to others.

Abel did a great job replacing the latches on my washing machine.. Arrived on time, had the parts and necessary tools. Did a thorough job, and was a nice guy. I will use him again if the need arises. Paid $250 labor for 1.5 hours work, but he also had to drive to get the part and come to the house. I guess that was a fair price.

Having a service technician show up on time is golden. Our refrigerator had intermittent interior lights, in door ice and water problems. Chat GPT said 99% of the time it's the wiring harness that requires removing the door for replacement. So I called Abel at Hi Q. He came out that evening and determined it was a simple door switch replacement part that had to be ordered. While he was there I had him look at why our dryer wasn't drying on the Normal Cycle. It needed a new therm mister part which he had on the truck. Problem solved. He followed up in a few days with the door switch. Everything works great. Abel knows his stuff and will be my go to guy in the future.

High-Q appliance repair is excellent. Our refrigerator went out and Abel diagnosed and repaired it extremely quickly. He is an excellent technician. While at our home we had him also look at our gas clothes dryer that had several problems. He did a quick maintenance on it and fixed several issues. We were extremely impressed with Abel and highly recommend him and his company (High-Q) to all of our friends. They are extremely quick and professional, and reasonably priced.
