Ethan with Morris Carpet Care did an amazing job on my wool rug. I had spilled an entire bottle of coconut oil on the rug and he was able to quickly and efficiently get it out (along with the smell that it had left). Your recommendation to put small fans at the bottom of the stairs to help them dry worked really well also! By the next morning everything was dry!
