Luke was very friendly and arrived as scheduled for the service. I appreciated that he had wall protectors and covers to put down on the main entrance area to avoid scratched and mess. The appointment lasted about the time that was shared upon arrival and the house was left smelling so great. We had some really bad pet stains that I wasn’t sure could be removed and I am happy with the results. Some before and after photos shared.

Luke was very prompt to arrive on the scheduled date and took precautions to be careful with the newly installed carpet that lay adjacent to the tile he was cleaning. I read the reviews on Ultra Steam before I used them and read about how nice Luke was. So I went ahead and scheduled and the very next day I had our rug/couch cleaned. Luke showed up on time, was very respectful and explained everything to me. He was very kind and personable and really worked hard on cleaning our couch and rug after our new puppy had some accidents. Will definitely use again!
