Rocklin Heating & Air is a terrific local company. We’ve been a customer since approx. 2003 when they were a young family-run business. They have grown into a very successful company and managed to maintain that great customer service experience. Over the years we have used them to install and maintain HVAC systems in prior rental properties and our personal home. Today’s maintenance and repair call at our home was terrific. Iman, the service tech, was awesome, right on time and fixed our home system immediately. A+ experience.

I had been advised by another Hvac company that Our furnace should be replaced. I contacted Rocklin heating and air for a second quote.On The initial visit the representative observed that the system should be good for a number of years. I engaged, Rocklin heating and air to do a thorough inspection of the furnace with the happy result that The furnace is in good order and does not need replacement. Very satisfied with the response and results.

The service from Rocklin heating& air is great I had an issue today. With my system i bought from them. I called they sent someone out within 2 hours tech found the issue resolved and made me feel at ease. This issue could had been serious and I was told up front we will take care of this do not worry we got you. They delivered on there promise it was handled above and beyond. Mark is bad ass, guy is super knowledgeable and willing to help out anyway he can. Most companies I contacted once I told them I have an HRV they wouldn't even give me an appointment but Mark talked me through what he was doing and why and clearly understands how an HRV works. Will definitely call them if I ever need service.

Excellent follow-up appointment. Technician put covers over his shoes to protect my floor. Very friendly and professional. He taught me how to remove the cover and replace the air filters. Very easy to understand and helpful. Great visit!
