ProSuperior of Rocklin, CA completed a James Hardy siding job that met our expectations. The job estimator, Serghe, did an excellent job preparing the job estimate by including several photos he took. Each photo included points for specific work he wrote up. This made all the siding areas and work very clear. Fully meeting expectations. Also, Anton the lead installer was very good about checking with me as the work was being done. He was quick to adjust and fill my requests and also doing several small touch up areas. He worked hard and long hours, including a Saturday, a Sunday and returning to finish painting and to reinstall a doorbell piece.

The workers who performed the window and siding install were great. They were professionals who took good care of our house, cleaned up their mess and were very courteous. The communication with the administrative side could have been improved upon, but overall our house looks great.

Pro Superior Construction is a James Hardie Elite Preferred Contractor which is the highest certification issued by Hardie. Once the siding replacement quote was finalized I knew the project would go smoothly, but they absolutely went above and beyond. Although the primary goal was to replace the house’s original siding (due to age) I had several energy and structural improvements to incorporate into the job given the rare opportunity of the walls being opened. When I listed the specific products I was interested in installing on the framing it was a relief that they had firsthand experience using the very same products.
