We did an entire remodel of our home in Elk Grove. Mike was the first of several contractors we had come and give us a quote. Mike is the most thorough contractor we had come out. Everything was completely itemized. We had something to do in every room of our home. Mike's subs were all easy to talk to about what we wanted. We changed several things along the way and Mike was excellent about getting us the info on cost changes. Mike and his crew worked efficiently and delivered the results we were looking for. Despite the fact the house is over 100 years old and there were some unexpected items to address, the work was completed on time at the price quoted. Mike provided some additional service to make sure the foundation was secure which was much appreciated. In addition to a bathroom remodel, he also replace the front door / side lights providing a weather tight entry to our home. Highly recommend Millsaw for any construction needs!
