Home Services at The Home Depot

I am very frustrated with my carpet buying experience. I did their concierge service and that tech/sales person was great. He came to my home and we purchased and ordered. Now a week later and concierge flooring managers are telling me that there is an error and it’s their fault and nothing has been processed and it’s an IT issue and there’s nothing I can do about it and no concrete timeline on when it can be resolved. Why didn’t they tell me it didn’t go through the moment it was processed? I went in the store and talked to the manager Will last week to get extended financing approved and I was told that happened. Why didn’t they tell me it didn’t go through then? I called yesterday and spoke to concierge why didn’t they tell me it was never processed then? Why has no one called me once

Had a five star experience with Mary in the carpet department. She explained all of the options and gave very solid feedback on which carpeting options to use. I was able to determine the carpeting and padding to use in my new house and the condo we are looking to sell. Thanks, Mary and Home Depot!

Poor communication and customer service from both the store and the contractor. After waiting a month for the measurement appointment, the contractor (MKD) said they couldn't work with my drywall and refused to do the job! Store managers said their contractors "don't do drywall." They were unapologetic about it.
