Washing machine installation done completely wrong: The waste line is not properly plumbed (drain goes nowhere), all the piping connections were done wrong. I had a licensed plumber look at it because I didn't think it was done right and they also noted the following: Does not have a code-compliant vent. Found that the washing machine box does not include a required P-trap, the existing hot and cold water supply lines do not meet the required 6-inch spread as per plumbing code, the waste line and water supply piping require correction and reconfiguration to meet current plumbing code requirements. I realized the person doing the work had no idea what they were doing when I heard them calling someone else for instructions on what to do. I called Huitt to ask for their plumbers license and

I had an excellent experience! They installed my new kitchen dishwasher quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. On top of that, they also fixed a leak under my sink that had been giving me problems for a while. Professional, reliable, and very detail-oriented — they explained everything clearly and left the area clean and tidy. This is a scam of a business. Fake storefront that doesn’t exist. They CONVENIENTLY say they’re in between business locations. I’ve been trying to get service since 9am. Delayed to 1. Delayed to 3. Finally they get there much later to take money from my elderly mother who felt she had no choice but to give her money to a man who gave her an attitude. He did NOT touch the broken boiler that has left my SENIOR CITIZEN parents without heat for 3 days. He took a picture and demanded cash. No estimate, no explanation for why it’s broken. Nothing. Just took the money. Also, when I called their number 6 different people picked up and promptly hung up on me once they knew it was me. I was told that the plumber is coming back tomorrow to start work. But with what paperwork? What contract? What est
