We had JA HomeWorx complete three jobs for us, totaling over $100,000. The first one was great: reasonable price and quality work. The second job had issues throughout the process. First, the work is completed by subcontractors, and while the quality is great, communication is lacking. Jobs are rushed, and details are overlooked. The second job JA HomeWorx completed was at our rental in Platteville for hail damage. The repairs involved replacing gutters, the roof, and some siding. Again, the quality of their subcontractors was excellent, but details were overlooked. The three main issues were that the window flashing was not the correct color, a gutter was placed incorrectly, and water meters were removed and thrown away. They did give me a credit for the incorrect flashing color and help

I had some gutters replaced. I was unclear on exactly how or what I needed to do to move forward with the project. I spoke with Jordan. He came out and gave it to me straight. Explained what my needs were, and how they could be met. Even got a leaf guard installed! JA Homeworx was the right choice for me. Patient, knowledgeable, and friendly to top it off! I will be using them in future projects, and already recommended them to my neighbors.

We had a roof replacement, new gutters and siding all done after hail damage. JAHomeworx LLC, did an outstanding job! Jordan, the owner, was very thorough, hard-working and did an excellent job of communicating and working with the insurance company! Very impressive!! Fantastic company to work with! They installed an under deck system for us as well as our upper deck. Great communication and very attentive to any tweaks that were needed after completion. We would highly recommend!!! I plan to use them for any future projects!
