This company added insulation to my attics, sealed the joist gaps and installed two high efficiency bathroom fans. Everything about the experience was great. There price was significantly lower than a local large that uses the BGE subsidies. On my top floor you can feel that the heat is much more stable on the coldest days. Also our heating system is not coming on as much. I suspect we may see as much as a 30% drop in this winter's electric bills as compared to last winter. There is a good chance that that Jorge's work will pay for itself in less than 2 years.

Jorge did a fantastic job in my attic. He assessed what needed to be done and what didn't, removed old insulation, sanitized, sealed where needed, repaired some exhaust fan ducts & vents and put in new insulation. All in under 2 days at 1/3 the cost of other quotes. Clean, transparent, professional - Highly recommended!
