Absolutely the best. Professional, knowledgeable, fast, friendly. Our furnace broke and leaked late Friday night. They communicated with me by phone and talked me through stopping the leak. The next morning they showed up promptly and fixed the leak. They were fair and transparent about pricing, something I appreciate. There is not one thing about this experience I would improve. It sucks to have a broken furnace, but if you do, these are the guys. Tommy was awesome. Thanks Kew Forest for saving the day! Highly satisfied.

If i could give this place a negative star i would. The worst experience in my life of dealing with such unprofessional place has being this one, they make up prices and rules as they go. Once you start noticing the errors they stop answering your calls and emails. They are never clear on their policies. Everyone is telling you different things, the tech says one thing the office says something different. If you pay a set price on something and they have to return for whatever reason to finish what they started they want to charge you full price again and all this you find out the hard way because they never tell you what the policy are until you are involved in the mess already. I had to have them come back after a repair was made and the first time i was told if i pay cash i get exempt f

Tommy and AJ were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain each part of the boiler service step by step, shared helpful tips, and even looked for ways to save me money. What really stood out was their professionalism. They are fully licensed and insured which gave me peace of mind that the job was done properly and safely. Yes, their prices are on the higher side, but the quality of service, expertise, and customer care make it worth every dollar. You truly get what you pay for. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing and boiler service.

Kew Forest plumbing and heating offers consistent, reliable professional service. This is my third time using them with all the confidence in the world. Tommy and AJ are courteous and skilled tradesmen. They replaced and installed a new gas boiler in a timely and efficient manner. No mess! Great work! Before leaving they made sure everything was running well. In addition the electrician who also installed our new thermostat and took care of our boiler’s electric work was also great. This goes to show that the contractors Kew Forest Plumbing and Heating surround themselves with are as professional and good. I highly recommend Kew Forest plumbing and heating. *This review pertains to a job I had done recently by Kew Forest Plumbing. I removed the old bathtub myself, so Kew Forest Plumbing is not responsible for any of the Sheetrock, tile work etc. I reached out to Kew Forest Plumbing to install a new bathtub. They sent someone to measure and the owner gave me an estimate. I agreed and they were there the same week with all the materials. I was working that day and unable to supervise. I came to check when the job was complete and was surprised to see the tub was smaller than the space originally measured. In addition, it was sitting on shims. This was not discussed with me. I paid cash in full because I was sure they would resolve this issue. That turned out to be a mistake. I went back and forth via email with the owner and his story changed
