R&R bath vanity/sink,flooring. I would highly recommend Dallas. His pride shows in his workmanship. His fit and finish is superb. I reached out to Knoy Construction on a Monday morning by messenger. He responded straight away. He met with me for a quote within a couple hours. Provided quote while there. We came to an agreement and he started the job on Wednesday. He finished the job Thursday evening. Dallas is professional and kind. He is neat in his appearance and is fair and reasonable. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and wants nothing more than the customer to be completely satisfied. Dallas has returned to my home for the third project within the span of a year. The first one: repair drywall and repaint in the family room. The second: convert a former basement office into a pottery studio. This project was difficult as Dallas had to sand off a textured paint, construct covers to hvac dampers, paint, and install vinyl flooring. The third: install shelves in a bedroom closet. I am picky. I wouldn’t ask someone back to work in my home if they did not do an excellent job, charge a fair rate, and communicate well.
