Lex Custom Design

Lex Custom design remodeled our master bath. Alex did a great job helping design our 1992 out dated bathroom. From top to bottom we absolutely love our new bathroom.

Horrible experience. Unresponsive, no communication, no follow up. Do not recommend. Never finished counter work and left us hanging. Cannot get a response from them.

Lex Custom Design is an outstanding custom design company. They take the time to understand the owners style and desires for functionality. Their attention to detail compliments is a notch above! Great prices too! We’ve used Lex twice once for a renovation and then when we built our new home.

Updated review: Installers showed up late morning and everything was done mid-afternoon. Counters look great so I revised the review. Original post given 1 star: I wish I could offer a review. Here I sit on Saturday at 9:58 a.m. waiting for them to arrive between 9-10 a.m. to install my new countertops. They were supposed to have come Wednesday but the truck broke down. No problem I said, stuff happens. They were going to try for Thursday and would let me know something that same day. After calling them back Wednesday afternoon, they tell me Thursday won't work either. It will be Friday. Of course I'm not happy because Tuesday night I had moved everything off of my counters in prep for Wednesday's work. All the stuff was on my one table to eat off of so we had no place to eat. T

Called LEX for a price on replacing my stair railing’s in my house , who ever picked up the phone gave me a date that he could come out and give me a price. Gave him my address and phone number and when the time came for him to show up you guessed it A NO SHOW!!! Maybe he will remember when work slows down again.
