Water softener was installed October, 2022. The follow up customer service is second to none. I can call the office and someone will answer every time. They will frequently reach out to me to check in how things are going and to make sure are salt supply is ok. Offer to bring 40 pounds of salt, if needed. Our family is very pleased with how fantastic our water taste now, but even better the outstanding customer care we’ve received from their dedicated, friendly team of associates. Lindyspring Systems installed a UV light, reverse osmosis filtration system, and a water softener in our home. In addition to the installations, they removed the old water softener that was in our home when we purchased it. They were very professional, and made sure to clean up after themselves. When we have to change our UV bulb every year, they are easy to work with. If they do not have it in stock they make sure to order it in within a timely manner. They even deliver salt for our softener when needed. If you are looking for professionals who install high quality equipment for good prices, I would highly recommend them!

We recently purchased a complete water system from LindySpring - water heater, water softener, and reverse osmosis system. We couldn't be happier!!! Our water is hot, we can see through our shower door and my wife will drink the water. Everyone from the top (Dave and Rosann) to the employees, Zack especially, are tremendous to work with. Our questions are always answered and they have never told us anything that ended up being untrue.
