Lowe's Home Improvement

This store use to be my go to over Hone Depot because they were more woman friendly but my experience today was 5 steps below awful. I went in specially to buy a few things for a project I am working on at home . I went to lumbar am asked for a piece of wood to be cut. After the girl at the pro counter called 3 times for me I walked down the aisle and found 2 male associates just standing there. When I asked for help they told me to “go find” Adam. I was hot. Down at checkout the associate told me Adam was not there and no one could help me. After telling him this was terrible customer service and I would just go somewhere else, he told me someone would meet me at the saw. After waiting another ten minutes and calling my husband, some associate who was not even in store attire can am asked

I will never go to a Lowe’s again in my life. The week before Thanksgiving they promised to have a carpet installed by Christmas, it did not happen. I had to call them daily for 2 weeks before they finally admitted that the carpet was NOT coming in and that it was on back order. After I was told that, it took me another 2 weeks to get someone back on the phone, only to have them ask if there was another carpet that I would accept. Furniture was bought and the room had already been painted to go with the original carpet. It was nothing short of a scam. Next time I will go straight to Home Depot!

I love this Lowe’s but today’s visit was especially wonderful because I ran into Rebekah in the garden center. This woman is so knowledgeable! I’m building a catio and already asked a man at Home Depot and another man inside this Lowe’s and neither of them could offer advice that was super helpful. I went to the garden center to get pavers to level out the catio and Rebekah asked if I needed help. I told her what I was doing and she suggested a whole new concept that makes it so easy and nobody even considered before. She even made a display in the store to show how these specific blocks are used for foundations. Having a knowledgeable woman in a male dominated store and field is priceless. Worst customer experience ever , I could write a book. On Dec22,2025. I went inside the store looking for a battery powered snow blower and I saw one I was interested in. I asked the associate Jessie about it, she said I could take the demo home that day, I told her I didn't want the demo. We proceeded to check out , the cashier told me, I would have my delivery the next day. When I asked her at what time, she said between 8am-8pm. Never got it. Misled me. Come to find out the delivery wouldn't be until Dec. 27. which also didn't happen and then got change again to Dec 30. In the meantime, snow storm Abraham happened and there I was shoveling snow, when I had purchased When the machine finally got delivered , I sensed something was wrong, sure enough they brought the demo and to add to

Every time we come to this Lowe's, we have nothing but good experiences with the staff! From the folks working in the garden center, to paint, to customer service, everyone on the team is always friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work!
