Whoever owns this business must be a genuinely miserable person, as evidenced by the many one star reviews and the owner’s need to respond to each one like a child. You know what else makes you like a child? Parking your giant truck with company branding in an EV charging spot. Smart move, genius. Did they not have room for your massive truck, elsewhere? Grow up. *edit 10/14* The company posted this in response "empolyee who used truck no longer works for company after finding this, it was addressed" which is hilarious given that it was likely the person who owns the company, with this truck. Also, imagine not taking the time to fix a simple spelling mistake when representing your business online? Pathetic.

After hiring MFR for weekly mowing/trimming, they've failed in every measurable factor. Appointments are pushed out without warning to the point that the lawn isn't mowed for over 2 weeks running (this has happened twice now). Each of the few times they've come out, their crews have missed cutting areas, and last time they didn't trim the edges though I was charged for it. Any time I've called in about delayed appointments, I'm simply told "we'll try to get someone out today or tomorrow". And I was just berated by the manager and she quit after I threatened to fire them. I cannot stress how unprofessional this company is and how poor their service is. Next door's yard looks immaculate compared to mine, and they have one of the neighbor's high school kids mowing theirs. Note regarding the

This company was assigned to mow my yard by the lawn starter app. They refused to complete the service as scheduled. They sent me a text saying they didn't think my yard needs to be mowed and it could wait a week. I contacted them and said I did not agree and I simply asked them to complete the mowing as it had been scheduled. Instead I received the following text: We were there and it was mowed. Several hours later I also received a photo they had apparently taken of my house as if that was somehow supposed to justify their actions. I'm a paying customer who had a scheduled appointment to have my yard mowed. Why then am I having to convince Thomas Blardo and the crew at MFR to complete the job to which they agreed? For response below... Employer had us do a favor off of the clock, but we refused. So we were given an hour of work for something that should've taken 30 minutes. In order to get their hour worth of money, they put in the wrong address to make the drive longer than supposed to be. Which is why I parted ways with the company!
