Modern Concrete Pumping, Inc.

A miscommunication happened within my company and no one ended up calling for a pump truck for a next day pour!!! We were in a deterimentally bad spot. Its is a big bridge deck pour with tons of guys coming from other jobs to assist. Everything was setup besides the pump truck… We called a few companies and they were booked. Finally we called, Modern, where Jeff picked up the phone. Now, I have never talked to Jeff, but he listened to my situation and called me back 4 times within 30 mins while he moved around trucks and his guys to make it work. His trucks were booked too, but he made it work. I will have a truck tomorrow. Jeff saved me from embarrassment and a huge financial loss. Now to some people, thats small. To me, that is really big.
