Jerry was very friendly and upfront during the initial consultation. His team led by Kirk who was the project manager did an outstanding job from start to finish. Each member of the team under Kirk's supervision were very professional and respectful. I highly recommend Nichols Incorporated, they will get the job done proficiently and professionally.

I want to give Nichols a solid 5star review. We had a leak in our up stairs bathroom due to a leaking wax ring. This company was recommended for our plumber and once I made my call to Nichols Inc. the ball started rolling. Mr. Nichols called me right back and he explained to me how the process would go. He also told me to be patient because its a long process and they have lots off jobs going on. Started with mold mediation the first week, and the floor drying. On about the third week LUKE came out to give me a estimate on the rebuild. He walked me through the process step by step. Then about the 5th/6th week the rebuild started from painting and dry wall repair, then the final week the bathroom floor and toilet was replaced . Kirk the project manager kept me updated on the process also.

Where do I start? Jerry came to explain the process to me and how everything would go. Then his team came out and couldn’t have been more professional. Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever experienced in a repair situation!! Would most definitely recommend them to anyone in the future .

After a mysterious leak in our bathroom, Nichols, Inc. came and found the problem and took care of every detail. We were told up front, this process would take a long time! They were correct but they were careful to communicate each step, battled it out with our insurance, gave us direction on who and where to choose our cultured marble, floor tiles and paint. Working with Nick, Luke and Crew Chiefs was nice to have a contact that always answered and had the next step planned. We would recommend them for all of your restoration and water damage needs. From start to finish, our bathroom was restored to brand new in 5 months!

Nichols Inc. is a fantastic company to work with. I had a major leak under my house and they came right out quickly to assess the damage and determine what needed to be done. Jerry explained everything before they started and was very informative. Luke and his partners were all great, they explained everything, kept me up to date on the process and have done a great job. All that is left is for the insulation to be installed, once the crawl space is good and dry. And of course, I can not forget his exceptional office staff. They kept me up to date on everything. I would say a great team of good communicators. I would highly recommend this company for your water damage/restoration needs.
