Nielsen Fire and Ice

I hired Fire and Ice and spent over $20,000 on a brand-new HVAC system. Unfortunately, it has never worked properly since installation. Despite numerous attempts to get support, communication has been incredibly frustrating—especially with the owner, Nate, who has been extremely hard to reach. As the owner of a short-term rental, this has led to serious financial losses and negative guest reviews due to the broken AC. Fire and Ice markets themselves as a reliable, local company that can respond quickly when issues arise, but that has not been my experience at all. I would strongly encourage others to think twice before hiring them.

Nathan is truly a stand up gentleman running a business of both quality and integrity. Highly recommend!

Jerry took care of our thermostat issue. Was one of the newer model google Nest ones and he knew all the different settings and what our issue was. Thorough and efficient. Will have them come out for any future HVAC situations.

Same story different customer, Nate came out charged me for a repair, less than a day later same issue aroused he has no clue what he’s doing stay away from this business.
