O. TILE

When looking to remodel our bathroom, we spoke with a number of companies. In the end, O. Tile fit our requirements. Obviously we wanted a competitive price, but also wanted to work with a family owned business that stood behind their work. Good customer service is important to us. Isaac and Marisa were wonderful to work with, they listened to what we wanted and their employees were fantastic! On time, quality work...we could not be happier with the finished product. Thank you!

I just wanted to publicly acknowledge Isaac for his top-notch kindness, professionalism and responsiveness. I emailed him with questions after watching his popular tiling videos on YouTube, and he got back to me with help within a few hours, knowing full well that I lived in a different state and wasn't even a potential customer. If somebody is willing to take this level of care and attentiveness for a random dude on the Internet, I'm 100% confident every single one of his customers are in great hands.

Isaac and his crew recently took care of the backsplashes in our kitchen and we cannot be more pleased with the work. They are professional reliable clean up after themselves and do very good quality work. Thank you Isaac and Steve really appreciate it

What a top notch outfit. Great guys, and girls. My wife a I were very comfortable having these guys in my house. (I have heard horror stories of construction people rummaging through rooms, panty drawers, etc.) Never once ever felt like these guys were up to no good while left alone in our house. Not to mention the high quality of the work done and the products used. It was nice not having to call in a separate plumber, electrician, and Glazer for our bathroom remodel. Hopefully I will figure out how to post some pictures of the completed job. I look forward to working with Isaac and his crew again in the future.

O Tile remodeled our master bathroom so that it would be safer for my parents who are in their 90's and handicapped. O Tile did a beautiful job (Steve is an artist with tile). They had suggestions, ideas, and color combinations that I would not have ever thought of - that made the bathroom a favorite place for my parents ( My mother said, "I feel like I don't want to leave this room".) My parents love the heated tile floor, the walk-in shower with a quarzite seat, the walk-in closet, the bidet toilet, and the quarzite counters over beautiful natural wooden cabinets. When we had concerns or problems after the work was done - they came out and took care of them. All the employees of this local business are first-class, talented, and trustworthy .
