Pool Doctor has unfortunately changed ownership. The new owner Chris has been a “No Call/ No Show” for over 8 scheduled appointments. Using the logic of, “I’ll be back” doesn’t really matter when we are talking about a month over over due visits. Understanding that he has a day job selling cars, he should have the knowledge and ability to treat someone with excellent customer service. When he has decided to show up as an ‘early riser’ he was 50 mins late and took off for his other job without so much as a diagnosis or appointment/scheduled for when he would really be back. It’s so unfortunate that one person can run a successful business into the ground in less that a month.
