Very professional company with great customer service. I had solar installed and didn’t feel like I could trust anyone because of the regular sales pitches I heard. No one could explain the process as well as Ethan did. Installation was fast and they made sure to clean up everything after. The last thing I need is a screw in my tire because of sloppy work. I don't know where to start. Ethan and his team did a great job on my new roof. It was damaged and I thought it was going to be a huge out of pocket expense but he ended up getting my insurance to cover it! My roof needed to be replaced for a while now. I was just pushing it off and didn’t want to deal with it. Ethan had noticed from the street it needed some attention. I noticed he was already working with my neighbors so i decided to give him a shot. When i tell you that this was the best customer experience i’ve ever had, i’m not lying. He ended up filing with my insurance and all i had to pay was the deductible! He showed me tons of styles and different colors so it was so easy to pick what would look best. 10/10 overall, i highly recommend you go with these guys if you need their services.

Ethan and his father Gary were great. Contacted on Saturday evening they were on my site the next day. Very professional, prompt great customer service. No complaint only praises. Communication started out great and went down hill fast. Avoid at all cost! Long story short… Now I need a new roof and a new roofer. Don’t be fooled by initial politeness, it is just a scam to waste your time. Owner believes it is okay to just ignore customers all together when they find a better project. So sad in this time when customer service successes/failures are so easily shared with the world, you would think a young company would know better.
