I called on a Saturday after afternoon and the phone was immediately picked up. Someone was at my house before 5pm to put eyes on the situation. By Monday a very professional and polite crew came to pull up the floor and take care of the source of the flooding. Every step of the way was communicated and professional. This was the 3rd use of water mitigation company and they will now be our go to if/when it happens again.

PuroClean is an Outstanding company . I called them on a Friday because my basement & kitchen got flooded, I spoke to Amy, and she was great. Very knowledgeable. Amy came out that same day, and her team provided me with a reasonable price and did an excellent job the following week. My basement and kitchen look excellent. I highly recommend and would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you again for being such a professional and wonderful company to deal with.

We just had our kitchen, bathrooms and floors redone by PuroClean and couldn’t be happier! I called on a Friday evening about a minor flood in my basement (wet bar overflow). I spoke with Tim, and he walked me through all the steps to DIY the cleanup, given how small it was, yet promised to help if I got in over my head. True to his word, he checked in with me every few days and stopped by a week later to test the moisture levels in the floors and walls because I was heading out of town. He provided fantastic customer service, even though he charged me nothing for his wisdom. If I ever need a professional restoration service, Puroclean already has my loyalty!
