I have to say that I am glad that I didn’t notice these bad reviews from 4 years ago when I called Rainbow out of desperation a few weeks ago when my mother’s house in Newington had water in the basement for the first time in the 50+ years that she lived there. Andrew was completely responsive to the situation. That day, he went to my mother’s house to assess the situation. Not only did he provide a reasonable quote and a commitment for when the work can be done, Andrew showed enormous empathy to an 80 year old woman living by herself overwhelmed by the situation. The team showed up the next day as promised, installed the necessary fans and dehumidifiers, and returned a few days later as promised to assess if the floors were dry. The man in charge does not respond to anything once they receive the money. My house was left unfinished with very poor workmanship and cheap labor. Very very disappointed. Sloppy work. Would not refer anyone to this organization .Stay away from rainbow restoration. They are a joke . The guy in charge is inexperienced as a contractor and very rude. He puts things in your house that you didn’t ask for. He also uses laborers that don’t speak any English and have no contracting experience. He uses used damaged materials. So sorry I chose rainbow. Huge mistake

Horrible experience. It started off fine with an employee coming to my home to evaluate for mold remediation. He knew I was not able to live in my house and I was anxious to get the place fixed so I could move back in. After weeks, a second home visit, and multiple requests for an estimate which I was yes'd to death being told it would be a few more days it never came. Eventually they stopped responding and it's been months and I still don't have an estimate. Obviously I used another company. This whole experience was terrible. I just wanted to be able to move back into my own home, I was told they could help me, and then I was abandoned.
